Kaserio Language Retreat is responsible for  the registrations  of the applicants,  making sure to  respect the confidentiality of the personal information, suppliers, partners and employees.

Kaserio Language Retreat informs you that is adapted to the Organic Law 15/1999, Protection of Personal Data, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 approving the Regulations implementing the Data Protection Act and that meets the obligations under the rules on data protection to ensure confidentiality and security of the information available.

The user must complete the forms with true, accurate, complete and updated data, reserving the right to address not provide their services to those registered with false information, without prejudice to legal actions users.

The collection and processing the personal data which has been voluntarily supplied by the student will be used  in  order  to manage  the academic, financial and administrative  matters which is , necessary for the organization and development of training activities, as well as  the commercial management of our customers and sending marketing communications, by any ways, including email. The personal data provided won’t  be transferred to third parties unless prior consent of those concerned.

To do this, Kaserio Language Retreat, has adopted the levels of security for protecting legally required personal details and has installed all technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data that you have been entrusted.

Furthermore, we report that during the time that the student / a is enrolled / a, can be captured and used images of the alumni / ae in the composition of graphics files or video graphics, as borders and other processed to inform and / or disclose various activities organized by the School through publications on paper or inclusion in kaseriolanguageretreat.com website, social networks and by publishing information leaflets on ownership of our Spanish School.
